Privacy notice

Who is responsible. WaterHeating.ca is operated by CANRO Heating & Cooling, 7325 6th Street, Burnaby, BC. Questions: info@canroheat.ca or 604-359-1081.

Enquiry forms. When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, optional email, city, property type, your message and any equipment or estimate context you chose to attach. This is used only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange service. It is delivered to CANRO’s email or CRM system and retained as part of ordinary business records.

Estimator. The instant estimator runs without contact details. Your answers, the assumptions and the range are only sent to CANRO if you choose to request a quote or consultation afterwards.

Analytics. We record events such as phone-link clicks, estimator starts and completions and form submissions to understand how the site is used. These events contain no names, phone numbers, email addresses or message text. If session-recording tools are used, form fields are masked.

Spam protection. Forms use a timing token and a hidden field to reject automated submissions. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and is not stored with your enquiry.

Your choices. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing info@canroheat.ca. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC’s PIPA) applies.

Third parties. Links to manufacturer sites, FortisBC, Technical Safety BC and municipal pages leave this site and are governed by those organisations’ own policies.
